LA MESA ARTIST Displays LANDMARKS IN WATERCOLORS AT LA MESA Fitness LIBRARY

The Dr. William C. Herrick neighborhood fitness Care Library, a customer health library at 9001 Wakarusa St. in La Mesa, is now internet hosting its summer time art display featuring 19 watercolor artwork by means of award-profitable artist Marilyn Hadley Hallam of los angeles Mesa. The demonstrate runs via September 30. The show elements art work of San Diego and Southern California landmarks, in addition to landscapes.

Hallam is a plein air painter who has traveled considerably during the U.S. and Europe. Plein air ability "open air" and refers to art work created outside and on place. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in excellent paintings from San Jose State school. She has studied in France, completing an art conservation route at the Louvre Museum in Paris. Hallam is a member of the San Diego Watercolor Society, East County paintings affiliation and La Mesa Lions club. She additionally helps the San Diego Museum of art's efforts to advertise paintings training in East County schools. Her artwork are on display at the Colorado State Capital building and in international private collections.

Admission to the Herrick neighborhood health Care Library is free. The summer time art display is open to the general public all through regular library hours, which might be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, from 9 a.m. to five:30 p.m. on Wednesdays through Fridays, and from eight a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
